HSE Guidance

 

The Health and Safety Executive is the body responsible for the enforcement of health and safety legislation in the UK. As well as their enforcement role, HSE publish a wide range of guidance documents and leaflets. Some of these are Approved Codes of Practice, and therefore effectively have the force of law.
